1. Select your chosen Custom Magnet Set.

2. Upload your selected images directly from your device. Then, edit, crop, or resize each one until you are satisfied with the layout. (1:1)

3. Kindly consider that for photo magnets, the image extends over the magnet's edge, so it's necessary to leave a 2mm margin around the image's perimeter.

4. Make sure to download the appropriate number of images corresponding to the type of magnet set you are purchasing.

5.Ensure to preview each image before finalizing your order to verify that the images are properly cropped and positioned for the magnet dimensions.

6. After you place your order, I will craft them into beautiful magnets and dispatch them to you within 1-3 days.

We do our best to process your orders between 1-5days. Generally, it takes less than a week to receive your order once it has been processed. But please allow at least 10 days.

1.To keep your magnets clean, wipe them regularly with a damp cloth.

2. Do not immerse your magnets in water.

3. Keep your magnets away from high heat and avoid any abrasive materials rubbing on them.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Unfortunately, as the magnets are a personalised product, orders cannot be changed as production of your order may have already commenced.

[DAMAGES AND ISSUES]

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

[RETURN POLICY]

Due to the custom nature of all orders, we cannot accept returns. However, in the unfortunate event that your magnets arrive damaged, we will re-make the magnets for you. Before you start this process, please contact us at minipic.magnetics@gmail.com to receive the return email
address. You’ll also need to send a copy of the damage and your receipt number.

[REPLACED MAGNETS]

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your return was approved or not. If approved, you will receive your replacement magnets within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at minipic.magnetics@gmail.com.

[PRODUCTION/PROCESSING TIME]

- All magnets are handmade to order, just for you!

- Please keep in mind that 2mm of the photo edge will wrap around the back of the magnet, so be sure not to select photos that are right to the edge where someone's face might be impacted. I will turn them into cherished memories one magnet at a time.

- We do our best to process all orders within 1-5 days so please allow 1-10 business days for your order to be shipped.

- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60.00.
